- What does zero-knowledge mean in Compliance Locker?
- Document encryption and decryption run in your browser with the Web Crypto API. Your master password is not sent to the server in readable form, and file contents are uploaded as ciphertext.
- Can Compliance Locker read my documents?
- Under normal operation the service stores encrypted blobs and account metadata, not readable document contents. Operators still process account email, quotas, and operational logs needed to run the product.
- How do share links stay private?
- A share creates a server-side token while the file encryption key is placed in the URL hash fragment, which browsers do not send to the server in HTTP requests.
- How does Compliance Locker compare to Google Drive or Dropbox?

- Does Compliance Locker make my company compliant?
- No. The product provides encryption and insert-only audit activity to support your governance workflows. You remain responsible for meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

- New accounts include 1 GB free. Personal is $9/mo with 5 GB for 1 member. Pro is $29/mo with 50 GB and up to 5 members. Team is $99/mo with 200 GB and up to 50 members. Need more members or storage? Contact us for a custom Enterprise plan. Extra 50 GB storage packs can be added with an active plan or at checkout.
